The questions buyers actually ask

What does "per student per term" actually mean?
You pay the per-student price multiplied by your current student count, once per term (3 terms per academic year). Example: a school with 450 students on the Growth plan pays 450 × ₦3,500 = ₦1,575,000 per term. We bill at the start of each term, so your monthly billing line is a flat amount that doesn't fluctuate mid-term.
What counts as a "student" for billing?
Active enrolled students at the start of each term. Students who graduate or transfer out before the new term aren't counted. New mid-term admissions are prorated for the remaining days of that term. Alumni, applicants in the admissions pipeline, and parents/staff are never counted as students.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next term to avoid disrupting current term workflows. No data is ever lost when you switch plans — only feature access changes.
Do I really get everything on the free trial?
Yes. The 7-day free trial gives you the full Enterprise feature set so you can evaluate every module without restrictions. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose the plan that fits — or walk away with no charge.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The per-student price is what you pay. Mobile apps, parent accounts, student accounts, web portal, software updates, email and chat support — all included. The only optional extras are the four add-ons listed above, and only if you specifically choose them. We don't charge setup fees, integration fees, or "premium feature" upgrades.
How does the 20% annual discount work?
Pay for a full academic year upfront and get 20% off your per-student rate. So Growth becomes ₦2,800/student/term instead of ₦3,500. If you part ways mid-year (which almost no school does), unused months are refunded at the monthly rate.
